Who We Are
My professional experience is in Real Estate. Including but not limited to property management, market analysis, buying and selling of real property. Investment properties and project management.
My WHY.
I chose Home Inspection as my career and life’s mission after a series of unfortunate personal events that I have experienced in my day.
2019- My downstairs flooded during a storm in North Carolina due to poor grading in the side yard. … (water should be led 6 ft away from the house). I no sooner spent thousands of dollars repairing sheetrock etc. but then
2020- My downstairs flooded AGAIN this time from an overflowing septic tank in my yard. That’s right folks, 2 feet of raw sewage filled my newly repaired downstairs. (Records of septic clean outs should be passed to the next owner. Also, awareness of septic location in comparison to tree roots possible intrusion)
2022 – My Travel trailers heating system started a fire. (Furnace flame flickering or discolored is a category RED in fire hazards. This flame should be solid and mostly blue in color)
So, you could say what I do is very personal and I owe much of my trauma healing to becoming a certified home inspector. I know exactly what to look for and exactly how to prevent hundreds of ways a home can be a hazard. I have learned to read a home like a book!
I help myself and my family and my home stay safe…. Let me help you too!
